National Parks Waive Entrance Fees

Submitted by Community Manager, March 31, 2010

During National Park Week April 17-25, entrance fees at all 392 U.S. national parks will be waived. This does not include fees for camping, reservations, use of concessions or those collected in advance. The National Park Service uses this special week to encourage families to spend time together while connecting with nature. Various parks are planning family friendly activities and offering special deals on tours, food, souvenirs and more.

See AAA's Travel Guides to many popular national parks as well as a list of parks planning National Park Week activities.
