We are heading to Orlando and the theme parks (DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure). We are staying in a condo off site in Kissimmee and want to rent a car. What AAA discounts/services are available (e.g. park tickets, rental car, Disney World parking)?
AAA’s best deals for Disney vacations are in the form of packages with rooms, tickets and other benefits, but there are still other savings:
      - Check your local club’s availability for theme park tickets at before you go. You local club can also supply maps and TourBook guides free of charge. TourBook guides have a red ‘Save’ icon in front of attractions that offers some type of AAA discount so that would be good to have.
      - More ticket discounts are available at the local AAA office in Kissimmee if you want to make that trip after you are here. AAA Kissimmee branch is located at 204 West Oak St., Kissimmee, FL 34741. Tel: (407) 944-0866. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm.
      - Hertz is a AAA partner that offers member benefits, see AAA.com/Hertz for details.
      - There are no AAA discounts available at the Disney or Universal gate or for parking.

Do you have lodging information for Doughton Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway?
Yes, this 7,000-acre park, the largest recreation area on the Blue Ridge Parkway, offers a lodge (Bluffs Lodge, a AAA Approved One Diamond property), the Doughton Park campground, as well as hiking trails and picnic areas. There’s also the picturesque Brinegar Cabin and the Caudill Family Homestead, a dramatic exhibit of isolated mountain life. Cross country skiing is allowed when the park is accessible. It has gently rolling terrain and numerous trails. Use of trails is free. Will be driving through Yellowstone to Cody, WY and then onto Mt. Rushmore. We want to stay the night it Cody and the kids really want a hotel with a pool. Any recommendations?
There are a number of hotels in the area, from the AAA 3 Diamond Rated Best Western Sunset Motor Inn to the 1 Diamond Rated Big Bear Motel that have pools. You can use this to plan your entire driving trip, with driving times and detailed destination information. To see the hotels and a map of the Cody area, select the “Places” tab at the top.
